Sales Executive

Location: Magarpatta, Pune Department: Sales & Marketing Industry: Automobile (Passenger/Commercial Vehicles or Two-Wheelers) Experience Required: 1–4 Years (Freshers with relevant skills may also apply) Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our dealership team in Magarpatta, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling automobiles (new vehicles), achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options. Conduct product demonstrations and test drives. Follow up on leads generated through online platforms, events, and referrals. Prepare and present price quotations, offers, and financing details. Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with back-office staff for timely vehicle delivery and documentation. Participate in promotional and marketing activities. Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and industry trends. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Good presentation and product knowledge. Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Requirements: Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduation preferred. Experience: 0–4 years in automobile sales or field sales. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. Driving License: Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler license is mandatory. Skills: Good communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Sales and negotiation skills. Basic computer and smartphone proficiency. Customer service mindset and willingness to learn. Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives based on performance Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Including weekends; Weekly off on weekday)
