Sales Executive

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive for our Tiles Showroom Floor to guide clients in selecting tiles for their homes, offices, and projects. You will play a key role in providing tile layout suggestions, product education, and closing sales with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers in the Tiles Section and understand their needs and preferences.

• Present suitable tile options (floor/wall/porcelain/ceramic/highlighters) from Bellissimo and Colourtile brands.

• Suggest ideal color combinations, grout spacing, and tile sizes based on space type.

• Create quotations, send follow-ups on WhatsApp, and assist in negotiation/closing.

• Coordinate with the operations team for availability, dispatch, and delivery.

• Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the tile showroom.

• Update footfall, inquiry, and sales conversion records daily.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or 10+2 with minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience (preferably in tiles, building materials, or interior products).

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Strong understanding of aesthetics, color coordination, and basic design layout.

• Basic computer and mobile proficiency (Excel, WhatsApp, etc.).

• A friendly, confident attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
