Key Responsibilities: Attend to walk-in customers in the Tiles Section and understand their needs and preferences. Present suitable tile options (floor/wall/porcelain/ceramic/highlighters) from Bellissimo and Colourtile brands. Suggest ideal color combinations, grout spacing, and tile sizes based on space type. Create quotations, send follow-ups on WhatsApp, and assist in negotiation/closing. Coordinate with the operations team for availability, dispatch, and delivery. Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the tile showroom. Update footfall, inquiry, and sales conversion records daily. Qualifications: Graduate or 10+2 with minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience (preferably in tiles, building materials, or interior products). Good communication and presentation skills.
