Position : Sales Executive

Location : Visakhapatnam

Salary : 18 - 20k NTH + Allowances ( Travel & Mobile )

Qualification : Essential 1. Min. Graduate / Diploma / MBA

1 -3 years of selling experience in retail products of preferably in Bearings / Automotive industry components after-market

Good command over local language and working knowledge on English

Willing to travel extensively (15-20 days/ month)

Job Description for Sales Executive

Tata Bearings Expansion of retail network (reach) appointment and recommendation of potential distributors to regional sales manager.

2. Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets for assigned territory.

3. Enhance visibility of brand in the retail outlets to ensure higher footfall.

4. Drive new product launches.

5. Trade discounts, annual & monthly sales & discounts performance of existing channel.

6. Capture and manage customer feedback and expectations on product and services and drive necessary alignment of the organisation to meet those expectations.

7. Enhance digital initiatives internal & external digital facing trade & services initiatives.

8. Conduct mechanics meet and industry meets for the relevant industries in the region as per plan, build relationship with influencer - to be met on a regular basis.

9. Attend complaints of both OE & Retail customers and help in resolution, provide support to reconcile ok materials from not ok lots by sorting of bearings as required.

10.Resolve channel conflict amongst distributors.

11.Share order vs despatch & stock report with customers and follow up for payments, ensure invoice & payment details of OE & distributors are sent to finance managers for setoff.

12.Collect statutory forms & liaison with customers.

13.Track competition, customer – market scenario and industry happenings and provide regular inputs to senior management for informed decision making.
