Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with product selection.
- Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, offers, and stock availability.
- Handle customer queries, billing, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-arranged, and customer-ready.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build client relationships.
- Support stock management and inventory checks.
- Collaborate with the team to meet overall store goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of retail or fashion sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused, energetic, and team-oriented.
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
