As a Sales Executive in the Luxury Car Division, you will be the voice of CARS24 for our premium clientele. Your role will
involve building trust with high-value customers, ensuring smooth transactions, and delivering a superior experience
tailored to the luxury car market.
● Handle customer queries regarding buying and selling luxury cars.
● Engage premium customers over calls and build strong relationships.
● Educate customers on CARS24 processes, benefits, and value propositions.
● Coordinate with internal teams (operations, valuation, etc.) to ensure a seamless experience.
● Drive customer appointments, follow-ups, and lead closures.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
● Achieve defined sales and customer satisfaction targets.
● Experience: 1–2 years in the automobile sector (sales or customer handling preferred).
● Education: Graduate in any discipline.
● Skills & Competencies:
○ Strong knowledge of cars and the automotive industry.
○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
○ Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle premium clientele.
○ Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
