Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Professional with experience in business registration, tax, and compliance service sales. The candidate must have worked in similar companies/ comparable legal & compliance service providers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Conversion

• Reach out to inbound & outbound leads, understand client requirements, and recommend FilingPro solutions.
• Convert potential leads into paying clients through consultative sales.

Client Engagement

• Educate clients about services such as Company Registration (Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC), GST, Trademark, Compliance Filings, Taxation, Legal Drafting, and Advisory.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Target Achievement

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Track, manage, and update sales pipeline through CRM tools.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the operations and compliance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide client feedback to improve offerings.

Requirements

Experience: 1–4 years in sales/business development in legal, compliance, tax, or registration services companies (Online CA firms)

Knowledge

• Strong communication & consultative selling skills (English & Hindi required; regional language is a plus).
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Graduate in Business/Commerce/Law preferred (MBA is a plus but not mandatory).
