Job Description

As a Sales Executive focusing on Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs), you will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the Trivandrum, Cochin, and Calicut regions. Your primary duties will involve identifying potential clients across various sectors, conducting market research to explore new sales opportunities, and maintaining a robust customer pipeline through proactive engagement methods such as cold calling, referrals, and networking. Your role will also encompass developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to facilitate repeat business. You will be expected to provide clients with comprehensive information regarding LCV models, features, pricing details, and financing options. Additionally, conducting test drives and vehicle demonstrations to showcase product advantages and addressing customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations effectively to secure sales will be vital aspects of your responsibilities. In terms of sales process management, you will be required to prepare and present sales proposals and quotations, ensuring accurate maintenance of sales records and coordinating with the finance department for customer financing options. Moreover, overseeing the timely delivery of vehicles to customers and conducting post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction will be integral to your role. Your duties will also entail preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and actively participating in sales meetings to discuss performance and strategize effectively. Furthermore, staying updated on the latest LCV products, attending training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques, and possessing strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential qualifications for this role. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry or LCV segment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are also key requirements. Your success in this role will depend on your sales-driven mindset, customer-centric approach, strong analytical capabilities, and adaptability to learn and grow within the company. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, Provident Fund, and a yearly bonus. The working schedule is during day shifts, and the job location requires in-person presence.,
