Sales Executive

The role of a Sales Executive involves selling new vehicles in order to achieve Volume and Customer Satisfaction standards. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers in determining their vehicle needs, completing financing paperwork, and ensuring a positive customer experience. By maintaining professionalism, trustworthiness, sincerity, a positive attitude, and a business-like appearance, you will aim to build customer loyalty and increase Customer Satisfaction at every touch point. Your duties will include greeting customers promptly and providing timely professional service, as well as accurately completing Customer Records. You will need to excel in customer service by actively listening to customer inquiries, identifying their needs, resolving concerns, and offering additional services when appropriate. Additionally, you will be responsible for improving customer satisfaction scores, promoting the dealership brand, and delivering vehicles to customers in a positive and memorable manner. As part of your role, you will be expected to sell accessories, Insurance & Finance products, and prospect effectively through various channels to meet generation targets. Building relationships with repeat customers, contacting previous customers about new products, and notifying prospects of upcoming programs and promotions will also be key tasks. You will need to track sales progress and goals, adapt to changing work demands, and maintain composure and courtesy when dealing with customers and colleagues. Maintaining an efficient customer contact system, staying informed about dealership and competitor products, and meeting or exceeding income and sales goals are crucial aspects of the role. You will also be responsible for maximizing recommendation sales, tracking competition performance in your assigned territory, and identifying opportunities for improving operations and customer service. The ideal candidate for this position should have completed PLUS TWO/DEGREE education and possess 0-3 years of experience, although freshers are also encouraged to apply.
