Job Description

Jewelry Manager oversees daily store operations, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets by implementing sales strategies and marketing activities. Key responsibilities involve maintaining inventory and stock levels, resolving customer issues, controlling budgets, ensuring visual appeal, and liaising with suppliers. Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and in-depth knowledge of jewelry trends and the jewelry business are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Growth:Drive sales, meet and exceed sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the store.
  • Staff Management:Supervise, train, and lead a team of sales associates to ensure high standards of customer service and performance.
  • Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service, manage customer relationships, and handle complaints and issues promptly.
  • Inventory Control:Oversee inventory management, maintain stock levels, and ensure efficient stock control.
  • Operations:Manage daily operations of the showroom, maintain its cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Marketing & Merchandising:Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to boost sales and ensure effective merchandising and jewelry collection curation.
  • Financial Management:Manage budgets, control expenses, and prepare financial reports.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Leadership & Communication:Ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff, and effectively communicate with customers and upper management.
  • Customer Service:Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle diverse customer needs.
  • Jewelry Knowledge:Thorough knowledge of jewelry trends, different metals, gemstones, and styles is a significant advantage.
  • Sales & Marketing:Expertise in sales techniques and the ability to implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Organizational Skills:Excellent organizational, management, and administrative skills to manage store operations efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving:Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle various situations effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,732.59 - ₹32,572.82 per month
