Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewellery.
• Answer customer questions about jewellery, materials, and care.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Build rapport with customers and create a positive shopping experience.

Sales:

• Present and sell jewellery products effectively, highlighting features and benefits.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking, displays, and stock counts.

Product Knowledge:

• Develop a strong understanding of jewellery products, including different metals, gemstones, and styles.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product offerings.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.

Teamwork:

• Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist colleagues as needed to ensure smooth store operations.
