Job Description

About Job:

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers, primarily in the retail and FMCG sector (Kiranas, small shops, wholesalers, etc)
Conduct product demos and explain software features to potential clientsMaintain and nurture strong customer relationships to drive renewals and referralsAchieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Collect customer requirements and share feedback with the product team for improvementsAssist customers with onboarding and initial setup with support from the technical teamMaintain sales reports, follow-ups, and CRM records regularly

Requirement

6 months to 1 year of sales experience (software sales preferred, not mandatory)
A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
Candidates with MBA- Marketing/Sales degree will be a plus
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good understanding of local retail market & business operations
Basic knowledge of computers, billing software, or POS will be a plus
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets
Ability to work in the field and travel within assigned territoryShould have Interest in technology and software solutions
Other Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Willingness to travel locally as part of the Job. Should be aware of the local language as well.
