Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and manage cross-platform ad campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Social, Programmatic) focused on lead generation, CTR, CPA, and ROAS-Develop and execute full-funnel campaign strategies, including A/B testing and budget optimization-Set up and manage Google Display Ads and programmatic display campaigns for brand awareness and retargeting-Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and build audience targeting strategies including lookalike and retargeting segments-Collaborate with designers to create engaging ad creatives (static, video, carousel, etc.)-Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience-Track and report performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and platform analytics-Stay updated with digital marketing trends and support SEO and content initiatives as neededPreferred Experience:Google, LinkedIn, Meta AdsProgrammatic platforms (Criteo, StackAdapt, The Trade Desk)On-page/off-page SEO knowledge
