Sales Executive - Interior Furnishing Company

iiScape Designers is looking for dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executives to join our interior fit-out division. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and converting qualified leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Convert incoming leads from digital marketing, walk-ins, and referrals into confirmed projects.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their interior design and furnishing needs.
• Promote iScape’s interior solutions across residential, commercial, and office projects.
• Coordinate with design and estimation teams to prepare and present proposals, BOQs, and design concepts.
• Handle negotiations, pricing, and contract finalizations in alignment with company policies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients throughout the project cycle.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update client interactions in CRM/ERP systems.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute ideas for promotional campaigns and lead generation.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide weekly updates to the management team.
• Stay updated with current market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
• Experience: 2–10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in residential and commercial interior projects.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of residential and commercial furnishing solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand basic design concepts and interpret client requirements effectively.
• Goal-driven and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Knowledge:

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

Working Conditions:

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
