Job description We are looking for Customer Relations Executives who plays a key role in maintaining positive relationships with clients throughout the construction project lifecycle. This role involves liaising between the client and internal teams, addressing concerns, coordinating project updates, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication & Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communications related to project updates, timelines, and changes. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met. Project Coordination & Updates Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and on-site teams to stay informed about project progress. Provide clients with regular updates on project milestones, potential delays, and any adjustments in scope or costs. Issue Resolution & Feedback Management Handle client complaints or issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution. Gather client feedback on project quality and service, identifying areas for improvement and communicating these to relevant teams. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, including project changes, feedback, and resolutions. Prepare and present reports on customer satisfaction and project status to senior management. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are accurately represented. Support finance and billing teams by facilitating timely payments and resolving any financial discrepancies. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years in a client-facing role within the construction or civil engineering industry. Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in project management software. Knowledge : Understanding of construction processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements is a plus. Personal Attributes: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
