Sales executive

As a Sales Executive at Square Yards in Qatar and Bahrain, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to contribute to the company's ambitious growth targets. Your responsibilities will include acquiring and nurturing client relationships through various sales efforts, providing tailored property solutions, utilizing marketing campaigns for revenue maximization, independently identifying potential customers, delivering presentations, finalizing deals, and managing transactions from sourcing to return on investment generation. You will be expected to enhance Square Yards" brand by upholding service standards, exploring new business opportunities, engaging with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients, offering investment solutions, and providing pre- and post-sales services for long-term wealth retention. The ideal candidate for this role would have 2 to 3 years of sales experience, proficiency in Hindi and English languages, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to changing environments, resilience to handle rejections positively, capability to improvise sales pitches based on customer interactions, and maturity to prioritize tasks efficiently.
