Sales executive

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Female Sales Executive with a strong background in real estate sales to join our team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and follow up with potential clients.
• Conduct property site visits and explain project details.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.

Requirements:

• Female candidate only.
• Proven experience in real estate sales (minimum 1–2 years).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Presentable personality with a client-focused approach.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
