Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Female Sales Executive with a strong background in real estate sales to join our team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and follow up with potential clients.
Conduct property site visits and explain project details.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.

Requirements:

Female candidate only.
Proven experience in real estate sales (minimum 1–2 years).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Presentable personality with a client-focused approach.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
