Sales Executive ( Inside)

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive (Tele sales) to join our team. The role involves connecting with businesses (B2B), identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through phone calls, emails, and digital communication channels. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to generate leads and close sales. Understand client requirements and present relevant product/service solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Follow up on leads, quotations, and inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain a database of prospects and customers in CRM. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams for lead generation and conversion. Provide accurate information, proposals, and quotations to clients. Handle objections professionally and convert potential clients into active customers. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review. Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication and persuasive skills (verbal & written). Ability to build rapport and handle client objections confidently. Good understanding of B2B sales cycle and lead nurturing. Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools. Goal-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree i 1–3 years of experience in tele sales / inside sales (B2B preferred). Experience in [specific industry, e.g., manufacturing, IT, SaaS, bathroom accessories, etc.] will be an added advantage.
