Job Description

Responsible for ensuring all fabricated equipment and components meet technical specifications, codes (ASME, IS, API), and customer standards. Oversees inspection, testing, and documentation from raw material stage to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform stage-wise inspections: fit-up, welding, NDT, hydrotest, final visualReview WPS, PQR, and welder qualificationsCoordinate with Third Party Inspectors (TPI) and clientsMaintain quality documents: inspection reports, MTCs, DPTMPTUT reportsEnsure traceability and conformance to project specificationsMonitor and report NCRs (NonConformance Reports) and assist in CAPAMinimum Qualifications:Diploma B.E. B.Tech Mechanical EngineeringSkills Required:Strong knowledge of ASME Section VIII, IS 2825, API 650Experience with NDT methods (DPT, MPT, UT)Familiarity with fabrication drawings and ITPEye for detail, documentation accuracy, client interaction
