Client Management: - Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers and potential clients. - Coordinate with clients regarding sampling, pilots, and order statuses. - Address inquiries and escalate issues as necessary. Cross-Functional Coordination: - Collaborate with supply chain, production, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. - Monitor and update delivery schedules. - Assist in documentation and compliance for local clients. Market Engagement: - Conduct research on opportunities within converters, distributors, and food service brands. - Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required. - Gather market intelligence and feedback to support business decisions.
