Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.Must own a 2/4 wheeler, laptop, and smartphone.Proven record of achieving sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Creative mindset with a focus on business growth strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales.Knowledge of Patna’s real estate market.Experience in investment sales or handling HNI clients.
