To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales. - Ownership of a 2/4 wheeler, laptop, and smartphone. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. - Creative mindset with a focus on developing business growth strategies. Preferred qualifications include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales. - Knowledge of Patna's real estate market. - Experience in investment sales or handling High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) clients.
