Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales performance by achieving monthly targets through effective planning, execution, and control.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
Identify new opportunities for growth within existing accounts and expand product offerings to meet customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to drive sales strategies and initiatives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-7 years of experience in FMCG Sales or related field.
Strong understanding of dairy products, frozen foods, ice cream industry dynamics.
Excellent communication skills for building strong customer relationships.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
