Job Description

Job Title

  • Identify and generate new leads from

    schools, colleges, universities, and corporates

  • Promote educational programs, study tours, training modules, or corporate engagement offerings
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Institutional & Corporate Tie-Ups

  • Visit

    schools, colleges, coaching institutes, HR departments, and corporate offices

  • Pitch collaboration proposals such as:
    • Study tours
    • Educational trips
    • Corporate training programs
    • Internship / exposure visits
  • Build long-term partnerships through MoUs and tie-up agreements

Business Development

  • Research new markets, institutions, and corporate opportunities
  • Develop customized proposals based on client needs
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Client Meetings & Presentations

  • Conduct in-person presentations for management, principals, HR heads, and decision-makers
  • Coordinate follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of deals
  • Attend education fairs, seminars, and networking events

Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners
  • Act as a single point of contact for institutional clients
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain daily visit reports, lead trackers, and CRM updates
  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, and documentation teams
  • Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)

Experience

  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in:
    • Institutional sales
    • Education sales
    • Corporate B2B sales
    • Travel / training / EdTech sales

Skills Required

  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Confident in

    field sales and cold visits

  • Negotiation and closing skills
  • Relationship-building ability
  • Self-motivated and target-driven

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel locally and inter-city
  • Two-wheeler preferred (with valid license)
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Email, and CRM tools
