Job Title Sales Executive / Business Development Executive. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and field-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive responsible for generating leads, building institutional relationships, and closing partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate organizations . The role involves regular field visits , presentations, and long-term relationship management. Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation Identify and generate new leads from schools, colleges, universities, and corporates Promote educational programs, study tours, training modules, or corporate engagement offerings Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Institutional & Corporate Tie-Ups Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, HR departments, and corporate offices Pitch collaboration proposals such as: Study tours Educational trips Corporate training programs Internship / exposure visits Build long-term partnerships through MoUs and tie-up agreements Business Development Research new markets, institutions, and corporate opportunities Develop customized proposals based on client needs Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Client Meetings & Presentations Conduct in-person presentations for management, principals, HR heads, and decision-makers Coordinate follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of deals Attend education fairs, seminars, and networking events Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing partners Act as a single point of contact for institutional clients Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business Reporting & Coordination Maintain daily visit reports, lead trackers, and CRM updates Coordinate with operations, marketing, and documentation teams Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management Candidate Profile Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred) Experience Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in: Institutional sales Education sales Corporate B2B sales Travel / training / EdTech sales Skills Required Strong communication & presentation skills Confident in field sales and cold visits Negotiation and closing skills Relationship-building ability Self-motivated and target-driven Additional Requirements Willingness to travel locally and inter-city Two-wheeler preferred (with valid license) Proficient in MS Excel, Email, and CRM tools Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives Travel & visit reimbursements Career growth opportunities Training and onboarding support Ideal For Candidates with Experience In School & college tie-ups Education consultants Study tour companies Corporate training providers EdTech / Skill development firms
