About the Role

field-based Sales Executive

The candidate should be comfortable meeting clients, generating leads, and closing deals in the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and acquire customers in the assigned territory
• Meet clients (corporate, commercial, residential) and present company services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery
• Prepare daily/weekly field visit reports and updates

Candidate Requirements

• Mandatory:

  Field Sales Experience (Minimum 2+ years)
• Experience in

  Facilities / Housekeeping / Pest Control / Real Estate / Service Industry

  preferred
• Should be from

  Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Noida or Ghaziabad

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Comfortable with on-ground/field travel
