Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, negotiating and closing sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include prospecting, cold calling, conducting meetings, preparing sales presentations, and participating in sales activities to drive growth and revenue.

  • Proven sales experience and a successful sales track record
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Tamil and English
