We combine world-class design expertise with smart technology to make the journey of creating a dream home seamless, transparent, and stress-free.Role OverviewAs a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing client relationships, guiding customers through their home interiors journey, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Drive sales conversion by collaborating with design teams and ensuring timely closure of deals.
Lead client meetings, understand customer requirements, and position HomeLanes value proposition effectively.
Manage end-to-end customer experience from first interaction to project handover.
Actively contribute to revenue targets by leveraging in-store, field, and digital channels.
Mentor and guide junior sales team members where required.

Skills & Experience

36 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in premium retail, real estate, or interiors.
Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Customer-centric approach with proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
