Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients in the industrial automation sector
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
Negotiate contracts and close sales
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in software sales, particularly in industrial automation
Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation software and solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Willingness to travel as needed
