About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market. You will play a key role in identifying business needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role in B2B sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
