Sales Executive (Freshers)

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers and follow up on incoming leads
• Conduct in-person meetings and site visits to guide prospects
• Present project offerings in a clear, confident, and persuasive manner
• Maintain customer data, follow-ups, and closure reports
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of deals

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Freshers
• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA Preferred)
• Skill Set:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in handling client queries and objections
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Goal-oriented and target-driven
• Languages: Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and English
