Role: Field Sales – Solar Industry

We are looking for fresh engineering graduates or diploma holders who are passionate about renewable energy and want to build their career in solar.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to generate and convert leads for solar projects.
• Educate customers on solar solutions, subsidies, and financial benefits.
• Support the sales team in presentations, site visits, and client coordination.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.

Eligibility

• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related fields).
• Freshers welcome – no prior sales experience required.
• Strong communication and willingness to travel for field sales.
