This full-time position requires you to be based on-site in Bharuch/Vadodara/Ankleshwer. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and collaborating with the sales and engineering teams to ensure that customer needs are met effectively. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction will be key aspects of your daily tasks. To excel in this role, you should possess strong technical support and troubleshooting skills, along with excellent analytical abilities. Prior experience in customer support and service is essential, coupled with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment is crucial. Candidates with a background in the engineering or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
