Role & responsibilities We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand our distribution network in your given area. As a Sales executive, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, appointing, onboarding, and managing FMCG distributors for our brand which is into Home cleaning items like toilet cleaners. Floor Cleaner. You will leverage your strong network and expertise to establish and nurture relationships with distributors, ensuring smooth onboarding and effective collaboration. Preferred candidate Must have hands on experience in creating and managing Distributor for handling FMCG products especially in Home care division as per Company terms. Key Responsibilities: Identify, appoint and onboard FMCG distributors for our Home care product, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Establish strong relationships with distributors, understanding their needs and providing necessary support to maximize their potential Convince distributors (primarily businessmen managing field teams) Manage distributor networks effectively, ensuring timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction Monitor and analyze distributor performance, providing feedback and optimizing processes where necessary Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to drive continuous growth. Key Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in FMCG distribution management. Proven track record in identifying and onboarding distributors in specific area Strong network of FMCG distributors in the region. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to convince and influence decision-makers. Ability to manage field teams and oversee distribution operations. Deep understanding of the FMCG industry and distributor management. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
