Sales Executive (Fluent in English & Hindi)

We are looking for a dynamic, talkative, and proactive Sales Executive to join our fast-growing e-commerce brand that specializes in personalized gifts like miniatures, frames, and more. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Handle and convert inbound sales leads from WhatsApp, calls, Instagram, Facebook, influencer collaborations, and website inquiries.
• Customer Engagement: Actively reply to DMs, comments, and calls from customers on Instagram and Facebook in a warm, solution-oriented manner.
• Sales Communication: Clearly and confidently explain product options, customizations, and pricing to customers.
• Campaign Feedback: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to report on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
• Follow-ups & CRM: Maintain organized follow-ups and communication logs for each lead and customer.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Smart, confident, and active personality
• Basic understanding of social media handling (Instagram & Facebook)
• Prior experience in D2C or e-commerce is a plus
• Immediate availability preferred
