Experience: 2–5 Years in real estate sales

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Female Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to convert leads into successful property sales. This is an office-based role involving client interaction, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Present property options and explain features, pricing, and benefits to potential clients
• Manage and nurture leads through effective follow-ups and relationship building
• Coordinate with marketing and site teams for client visits and property presentations
• Maintain and update CRM with client details, interactions, and progress status
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong client relationship management and convincing ability
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
