We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales process, engaging with customers, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and Customer Support:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales team, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordination & Documentation:
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of sales documentation, contracts, and orders.
  • Ensure all sales paperwork is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in an organized manner.
  • Sales Process Support:
  • Track and follow up on leads, submit quotes, follow up sales opportunities.
  • Ensure timely processing of quotes, orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow from order initiation to fulfillment.
  • Customer Service Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sales support.
  • Address customer complaints, concerns, or special requests effectively.
  • Sales Reporting and CRM Management:
  • Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system
  • Other Administrative Tasks:
  • Assist in the creation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings as needed.
  • Assist in inventory management, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders professionally.
  • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred.
  • MS Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft for data analysis, reporting, and tracking purposes.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage and prioritize client needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
