Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken female Sales Executive to drive customer engagement, generate leads, and close sales — both in-store and through online inquiries (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selections
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram queries professionally
• Pitch gift hampers, custom chocolate boxes, and festive offers to clients
• Coordinate with packaging and dispatch teams for order processing
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Maintain sales records and follow up with leads for closures
• Assist with basic content or story posting during peak hours (optional)

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication (Hindi & English)
• Polite, customer-focused, and confident personality
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business / Instagram DMs
• Prior retail or boutique sales experience preferred (especially in gifting/luxury/FMCG sectors)

Eligibility:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate
• Age: 22 – 35 years preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
