Sales Executive (Faridkot, Bathinda,Firozpur,Muktsar)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development & Execution

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects in Punjab.
• Focus on generating sales through HNI clients and channel partners (brokers, agents, and real estate agencies).
• Identify new sales opportunities and market segments to expand the company’s customer base.
• Set clear, actionable sales goals and timelines, aligning with the company’s overall objectives.

Channel Partner Management & Expansion

• Build and manage a network of channel partners, including brokers, agents, and other intermediaries.
• Conduct regular training and provide support to channel partners to increase their product knowledge and sales skills.
• Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate channel partners and ensure sales targets are met.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate channel partner performance, ensuring quality leads and high conversion rates.
• Maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with top-performing channel partners to drive sustained sales growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
