Job Responsibilities: Handle IndiaMART inquiries and respond to customers professionally Manage and reply to client emails for product or service inquiries Prepare and send quotations based on client requirements Follow up with customers on quotations and convert leads to sales Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability and order status Maintain proper records of inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups Requirements: Educational Qualification: B.Com, BBA, MBA, or Engineering (any stream) – preferred Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, Word) Good communication skills in Hindi, English & Gujarati Willingness to learn and take initiative Sales-focused attitude and attention to detail Benefits: On-the-job training provided Friendly and supportive work environment Growth opportunity in a reputed automation company Fixed salary with performance-based incentives
