Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with experience in the elevator industry who will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the elevator industry.
• Manage existing client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and provide customized solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams for seamless project execution.
• Maintain updated knowledge of elevator products, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Good understanding of elevator industry products, pricing, and market trends.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Business/Engineering or relevant field.
• 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience in the elevator industry (mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.
