Role Overview: As an MIS Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Service Head by managing data, streamlining reporting, and coordinating essential service operations. This position offers a strong foundation for growth and learning in a dynamic service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update service data from ERP
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Distribute tools to service engineers and manage calibration schedules
Coordinate weekly reviews with ASMs (Area Service Managers)
Track service complaints and ensure timely closure
Organize service documentation and support
Assist in creating presentations for monthly service reviews
Monitor service KPIs and highlight gaps to the Service Head
Help schedule training sessions for service engineers
Document minutes of internal review meetings
Take on additional responsibilities or projects as assigned over time
Eligibility:
Any graduate
Basic working knowledge of ERP and MS Excel
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
