Job Title- Sales Executive

Profile

A seasoned and customer-focused Sales Executive with over 10 years of hands-on experience in sales of electrical goods. Skilled in product knowledge, customer relationship management, and sales closing techniques. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of electrical products, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive environment. Proven ability to handle B2C sales,B2B sales, manage inventory, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable electrical products (e.g., wiring, switches, fans,etc.).
• Explain product features, benefits, specifications, pricing, and warranties to customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, new arrivals, and promotions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with regular customers, electricians, contractors, and local businesses.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store manager or suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Assist in the visual merchandising of products for better display and increased footfall.
• Keep records of sales, customer feedback

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in sales of electrical goods in a shop setting.
• Experience dealing with electricians, contractors, and end-consumers.
