Job Description

Urgent Requirement for Sales Executive (Educational Sales)

Institute Name: Accede International Academy

Institute Location: Sodepur & Jhargram (For Jhargram, Institute can provide Food & Accommodation Only)

Experience: Fresher or Experience can apply (preferably Education Sector)

Salary - 8000/- p.m to 15000/- p.m

Candidate should willing to travel for both the location (Sodepur & Jhargam)

Job Description:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets within the education sector.
  • Client Prospecting & Relationship Management: Identify and target potential clients (schools, universities, administrators, teachers) and build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Product Promotion: Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase educational solutions and services to potential clients.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, challenges, and competitive products to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent support and service to existing clients to foster long-term relationships and client satisfaction.

  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and public speaking skills to effectively communicate product value.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the education sector and specific educational products or services.
  • Motivation: A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a passion for education.
  • Other Skills: Time management, ability to work independently, and a willingness to participate in educational conferences and trade shows.

Goals of the Role

  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth and contribute to the overall revenue generation of the company.
  • Market Expansion: Expand the customer base and market share within the educational sector.
  • Client Success: Help educational institutions enhance their teaching and learning processes through the company's products and services.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
