About the Role

We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and purpose-driven Sales Executive to convert interested prospects into members of our high-value Entrepreneurship programs.
You will speak to people who have attended our online sessions, shown interest in starting a fashion brand, and need the right guidance to take their next step.Your role is to understand their goals, build trust, and help them choose the program that aligns with their growth journey.

This role requires excellent communication, strong sales instincts, and deep understanding of our coaching ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities.

Sales, Conversion & Target Achievement

● Make outbound calls to participants who attended our sessions but have not yet enrolled.

● Conduct clear, confident sales conversations via call, WhatsApp, or video.
● Achieve monthly sales targets with consistency and discipline.● Guide prospects towards the most suitable membership based on their needs and goals.

2. Customer Interaction & Relationship Building

● Understand each prospect’s background, fashion journey, and entrepreneurial aspirations.
● Build trust through genuine, consultative conversations.● Encourage referrals and long-term relationships through strong rapport and follow-up.

3. Lead Management & Outbound Engagement

● Call and re-engage:
○ Fresh leads○ Warm leads○ Session attendees○ Old database leads○ Past customers and reactivation prospects● Maintain proper follow-up cycles until the lead is closed or marked inactive.● Update CRM/lead tracking sheets accurately with all follow-up notes and progress.

4. Upselling & Business Growth

● Upsell advanced programs wherever relevant.
● Share customer feedback and insights to improve lead quality and marketing campaigns.● Contribute to higher conversion rates by improving the sales narrative and objection handling.

5. Reporting & Documentation

● Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
● Track conversion ratios, pipeline status, and follow-up timelines.● Provide regular performance updates to the management team.

Requirements & Qualifications

● Graduate in any stream.
● 1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, counselling, or education sales.● Strong communication, convincing ability, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.● Experience with both inbound and outbound calling.● Target-driven, disciplined, and confident.● Fluency in English and Hindi.● Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
