Sales Executive

We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our studio team.
If you’re passionate about jewelry, enjoy engaging with people, and thrive in a retail environment, this role is perfect for you.

You’ll help clients discover jewelry that reflects their style — from timeless solitaires to custom creations — while ensuring every visit feels personal and memorable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism
• Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable jewelry options
• Explain product details, customization options, and pricing clearly
• Maintain client relationships and follow up for sales closure
• Coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain store presentation and uphold Earthly Jewels’ luxury standards
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall studio growth

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• A polished sense of style and attention to detail
• Target-driven, organized, and customer-first mindset
• Basic computer and WhatsApp proficiency
• 1–3 years of experience in jewelry or premium retail (preferred)
• Minimum qualification: HSC or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
