Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals with clients. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating leads, and guiding clients through property transactions from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits. Identify client needs and propose property solutions that meet their requirements. Arrange and conduct property viewings, open houses, and presentations. Provide guidance and assistance to buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing property. Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and documentation. Negotiate deals and coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. Maintain market knowledge of available properties, pricing trends, and competition. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of motivation and resilience under pressure. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends. Benefits: Competitive base salary
