Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting prospective clients, conducting site visits, and closing sales deals. This is a field-based role that requires a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales drive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
• Conduct regular site visits to showcase properties to clients.
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable property solutions.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and follow up on potential leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding pricing, legal requirements, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the back-office team to ensure smooth deal closure.
• Keep up to date with market trends, new projects, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in real estate or B2C field sales.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Must be self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
• Two-wheeler or four-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
• Proficiency in local language(s) and English.
