Job Title: Sales Executive – Fieldwork (Real Estate) Location: [Patna] Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years (preferred) Industry: Real Estate / Property Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting prospective clients, conducting site visits, and closing sales deals. This is a field-based role that requires a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales drive. Key Responsibilities: Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Conduct regular site visits to showcase properties to clients. Understand client requirements and offer suitable property solutions. Maintain relationships with existing customers and follow up on potential leads. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding pricing, legal requirements, and documentation. Coordinate with the back-office team to ensure smooth deal closure. Keep up to date with market trends, new projects, and competitor activity. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in real estate or B2C field sales. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Must be self-motivated and target-oriented. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits. Two-wheeler or four-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred). Proficiency in local language(s) and English.
