Sales Executive - Distribution

Role Overview: As a Distributor Manager at Samsonite, you will play a crucial role in planning the geographical penetration and product strategy to achieve planned numbers. Your responsibilities will include educating and upgrading the Distributors infrastructure, ensuring receivables are maintained at agreed levels, selecting and training the Distributors sales team, conducting competition and market mapping, managing the relevant business of the assigned territory through distributors, and identifying new distributors for business enhancement. Key Responsibilities: - Plan geographical penetration and product strategy to achieve planned numbers - Educate and upgrade Distributors infrastructure - Ensure receivables are maintained at agreed levels - Select, train, and monitor Distributors sales team - Conduct competition and market mapping - Manage the relevant business of the assigned territory through distributors - Identify new distributors for business enhancement Qualifications Required: - Graduate / Postgraduate - 2-4 years of relevant experience - Industry requirements: White goods, Garments, FMCG - Specific experience in handling distributors will be preferred - Knowledge and understanding of the territory to be handled in terms of existing markets, upcoming markets, and untapped markets Additional Details: Samsonite is the worldwide leader in superior travel bags, luggage, and accessories.
