BMA Conventions is a leading organizer of global business events and conferences, connecting industry leaders, innovators, and decision-makers. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in delegate acquisition for our upcoming events.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Make 100–120 outbound calls per day to potential delegates in the US market.

·      Brief delegates about upcoming events, conference details, and participation benefits.

·      Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain a professional approach at all times.

·      Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

·      Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system.


Key Skills & Requirements:

·      Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.

·      Ability to engage and influence decision-makers.

·      Self-motivated with strong target-orientation and resilience.

·      Must have a laptop/desktop with stable Wi-Fi connection to ensure smooth calling operations.

·      Prior experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or delegate acquisition will be an added advantage.
